太極拳是一種古老的中國武術。這也是眾所周知的,作為一種精神和體育鍛煉,培訓涉及的肢體動作,呼吸技巧和心靈培養。它不僅是流行在中國,但在世界各地。它強調動作輕柔,放鬆尚未處分。它由池區,通過放鬆和心靈集中的訓練效果。

Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art. It is also well known as a mental and physical exercise as the training involves physical movements, breathing techniques and mind cultivation. It is not only popular in China, but in all parts of the world. It emphasizes on gentle movements, relaxed yet disciplined. It consists of the effect of Chi Kung, and training of mind concentration through relaxation.
There are many schools of Tai Chi today and the stories about the root of this art have been controversial. The five main streams include the Chen, the Yang, the Wu(武), the Wu (吳) and the Sun styles. Because the movements are relatively easy for the general public, it's likely that more people are familiar with the Yang style.
